The second column is the minimum requirement. The third column is a description of your system. Your system must meet or exceed the System Requirements. |

Common Problems |
| Problem | You get a message that a runtime error has occurred. |
| Possible Source | Confirm that your version of Macromedia Flash in the Table above meets the System Requirement. You do not meet requirements is nothing is listed. |
| Possible Solution | Refresh this page and say yes when prompted to install and run Macromedia Flash OR go to Macomedia download center and install flash |
| Problem | No graphs are shown when the program runs |
| Possible Source | Confirm that your version of Macromedia Flash in the Table above meets the System Requirement. You do not meet requirements is nothing is listed. |
| Possible Solution | Go to Macomedia download center and follow instructions to install flash. Close your browser and then rerun the Clean Power Estiamtor. |
